The limitations and precautions imposed by the battle on Covid 19 encourage us to find new solutions to current problems. With this in mind, Aneri has created a “mignon” version (200 ml) of its Prosecco Doc and Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg Millesimato to meet the needs of Itinere, the company of the Elior Group (one of the leaders in collective catering at an international level) which manages the service on the Frecce of Trenitalia and which has found itself in the need to offer products tailored to individual customers, with as little “intermediation” as possible. Hence Aneri’s idea to create a small bottle that is a true summary of the traditional Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg and that now Itinere serves, with a seal of guarantee, first class or executive coach passengers.
From the Frecce of Trenitalia to the bars, restaurants and top class hotels (Excelsior in Rapallo, Hotel Da Vinci in Cesenatico, La Capannina and the Twiga in Forte dei Marmi, Gritti in Venice and Sant Ambroeus in Milan, just to name a few) the step has been short: so the “mignon”, in these places, begins to be proposed instead of the ritual goblet (actually the content is almost two glasses). And soon it will cross the Channel with destination the restaurants of the San Carlo Chain, also in the organic version.
